Serververwaltungskonsole neu installieren - geht nicht

Assistenten in Verwaltungskonsole funktionieren nicht mehr, bringen nur Meldung, dass ich Verwaltungskomponente neu installieren soll. Das wiederum funktioniert nicht.
Hallo miteinander,

hab mich jetzt den ganzen Mittag damit rumgeschlagen, dann stell ich s jetzt doch lieber hier rein...

Also, ich sollte die Serververwaltungskonsole von WinSBS2003 neu installieren aus oben genannten Gründen.
Nur macht er das einfach nicht. Ich geh also auf Systemsteuereung - Software - Windows SBS 2003, klicke mich durch den Install-Assi und will dann eben das Verwaltungstool neu installieren. (Natürlich von CD3)
Ein Klick auf Servertools, Haken bei Wartung setzen oder wahlweise auch mal bei neu installieren. Bei Verwaltung dann auf neu installieren bzw. Installieren. Völlig egal er bringt am Ende immer den Fehler dass er sie nicht installieren konnte und verweist mich auf die log-Datei. Da hab ich reingeschaut, das Ende sieht so aus:

Ich bin am Ende mit meinem Latein - und dabei wollte ich doch nur schnell einen neuen User ausnahmsweise mal per Assi einrichten...

Hoffe auf eure Hilfe und wär sehr dankbar für eine Lösung. Einen schönen Abend:

PS: Deinstallieren konnte ich das Teil, aber er lässt s mich trotzdem nicht installieren. Sieht also noch schlechter aus, als vorher.

Hallo

ist das ein R2?

Was steht den in den Small Busisness Server log Files
eventlog.txt
errorlog.txt
setup.log

müssten unter C:\Programme\Microsoft integration\Small....\logs zu finden sein

Lösche %temp%

Registriere wizchain.dll regsvr32 "C:\Programme\Windows for Small business Server\Administration\wizchain.dll"

Welche Version von SBS 2003 ist das?
W2K3SBS SP1 oder ohne SP1 oder R2?

Hallo,

ich habe ein ähnliches Problem:

Ich Habe einen SBS 2003 SP2 wo die Verwaltungskonsole nicht mitinstalliert wurde. Diese Brauche ich aber bekanterweise um Clientzugriffslizenzen einspielen zu können. Wenn ich jetzt versuche nachträglich die Serververwaltungskonsole zu installieren, bekomme ich den Fehler dass ich eine ältere Version installieren möchte als die bestehende.

Hat vielleicht jemand von euch eine Idee wie ich dieses Problem lösen kann.
