Fehler bei der OOBEUnattend.xml bei der Installation über die Windows – Bereitstellungsdienste

Hallo ich habe ein Testsystem
ESX 6 mit Windows 2012 R2
Darauf ist der WDS Installiert, nun habe ich einen Physikalischen Rechner Installiert.
Win Updates und Einstellungen vorgenommen.
SYSprep ausgeführt und das Image per Aufzeichnungsabbild erstellen dem WDS hinzugefügt.

Ich habe dann eine Virtuelle Maschine erstellt um das Image dort Testweise zu installieren,
die Installation bleibt jedoch immer wieder bei der Eingabe der Sprache stehen und benötigt manuelle eingaben.

Einer evtl. eine Idee??

XML Dateien wurden mit einem Windows 7 OEM Image mit dem Windows System Image Manager erstellt.
