Windows 7 nach Update läuft Speicher voll, CPU voll ausgelastet und schließlich FREEZE!
Hallo Community!
Nachdem ich mein Windows 7 Ultimate x64 einem Update unterzogen habe, zeigt mir der Taskmanager eine CPU-Auslastung von rund 99%, der Arbeitsspeicher läuft voll und auf meine Festplatten laufen sehr viele Schreib- und Lesevorgänge. Dieses geht soweit, bis letztendlich der PC einfriert. Was kann ich machen?

Board: Gigabyte GA-890XA-UD3
RAM: 8 GB
GraKa: Powercolor HD 6870
FP1: 40 GB Intel SSD
FP2: 2TB
