Kiosk Linux : Ubuntu

Setting up a linux kiosk system : a computer that runs unattended, e.g. to show a presentation, and/or runs only one or very few applications : a web browser for access to web applications or for browsing the web (internet cafes ? public libraries ?) and maybe some other stuff (media player, text editor, ...). Featuring ubuntu and gnome lockdown techniques.
