NCP VPN Zugangssoftware - woher wird die interne IP genommen ?

Hallo Admin,
nachdem mir niemand bei meiner Frage mit der Netgear-Zugangssoftware zum FVS318v3 weiterhelfen konnte, habe ich mal nach einem anderen VPN Client Ausschau gehalten und bin dabei auf die Software von NCP gestoßen.

So wie es aussieht behebt sie den heftigsten Fehler der mir bei Netgears Client-Software den Zugang verhagelte, denn sie weist dem Adapter eine feste IP zu.

Mit aktuellen Einstellungen erhalte ich auch eine "theoretische" VPN Verbindung zum Einwahl-PC.
Jedoch nur theoretisch, denn es ist mir nicht möglich den Rechner dort anzupingen, und ergo auch nicht möglich per RDP ins System zu kommen.

Was mir gar nicht klar ist: Woher nimmt die Software diese in blau markierte Einstellung : 192.168.254.002 als IP Adresse, owohl ich als manuelle IP die 10.0.0.3 zugeordnet habe ?!
Ich habe im gesamten Profil keine Einstellung gefunden, die darauf hinweist, daß diese IP verwendet werden würde.

Kann jemand weiterhelfen !??
