VMWare Workstation auf MS Windows Server 2008 64 Bit installieren
Aufbau einer Testumgebung
Hallo!
Ich möchte eine Testumgebung für 64 Bit Betriebssysteme aufbauen.
Zur Verfügung steht mir das Acticon Pack von MS.
Meine Vorstellung ist das ich einen Windows Server 2008 mit 64 Bit installiere und darauf VMWare Workstation laufen lasse.
Meine Frage: Läuft VMWare Workstation auf WinSrv2k8 64 Bit oder muss ich Vista Bussiness 64 Bit verwenden (WinSrv2k8 64 Bit ist nicht als Hostsystem auf gelistet)?
Hat jemand Erfahrung mit diesen Installationen.
