Samba - Swat kein admin mehr?!

Ich habe auf Swat plötzlich keinen Vollzugriff mehr...

Hallo,
ich hab Ubuntu 6.06 auf einer alten Maschine als Server eingerichtet.
Darunter Samba mit Swat installiert.
Soweit, so gut, alles eingerichtet und funktioniert prima.
Nun wollte ich mal wieder ein paar Freigaben bearbeiten und logge mich via browser zuhause im gleichen Netz bei Swat ein,
habe aber nur noch user zugang, d.h. ich kann die shares und globals nicht mal sehen. Am Server via vnc eingeloggt komme ich auch nicht als admin in swat rein.
smb.conf ist aber weiterhin bearbeitbar.

Wie krieg ich das wieder hin, im Internet hab ich nix dazu gefunden....
