PowerShell - Skripte ausführen wirklich Verboten?

Hallo,
ich möchte auf einem System das Ausführen von Skripts erlauben.
Ich habe es auf anderen Systemen schon mit
hinbekommen. Aber hier klappt es seltsamerweise nicht.
Die PowerShell habe ich natürlich als Admin ausgeführt.
Freue mich über jede Antwort.
