ist es möglich Office 2010 ( ohne Access!!!) und das Office 2003 ( hier nur Access!!!) parallel auf einem Rechner mit Win 7 zu installieren.

Erfreulich. Bei Word beispielsweise hatten wir dies Problem nachvollziehbar immer. Evtl. bei Access nicht.
