Open Relay Test

Falls jemand mal auf die Schnelle prüfen will, ob sein Mailrelay offen ist.

Klar, es gibt noch andere, aber das habe ich gerade ausprobiert und scheint recht brauchbar zu sein.

Update: Es scheint nicht immer zu funktionieren, daher ist dieser Link nun nur mit Einschränkungen zu empfehlen. Ansonsten wenn er funktioniert, gibt es einem auf die schnelle eine Rückmeldung auf die offensichtlichsrten Konfigurationsfehler.

bei funktioniert es nicht. face-sad Verschiedene IPs angetragen und immer kommt:
Port 25 is Closed at xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. Test aborted.

Habe gerade eben mal ein paar andere IP-Adressen durchprobiert und tatsächlich ist da eine dabei, bei der auch diese meldung kommt, obwohl ich dort per telnet draufkommen.

Seltsam. ich habe nämöich vorhin es mti einem halbe dutzend andere Ip-Adressen von mri probiert gehabt und da hat das Ding brav die relaytests durchgeführt.

Ich habe das ganze jetzt nochmal durchprobiert udn jedesmal vorher einen reload im browser gemacht und in noscript mal temporär alles erlaubt. Dann konnte er testen, obwohl er kurz vorher port closed gemeldet hat.

das javascript scheint also buggy zu sein (oder ich habe den falschen Browser, FF27.0.1 auf ubuntu).

wie gesagt, bei den voherigen tests schien es einwandfrei zu funktionieren.

Ich lasse den link trotzdem mal drin.

Ich habe es sowohl mit Firefox 27.0.1 als auch Internet Explorer 11 unter Windows 7 / 8.1 gestestet und bisher war kein Test erfolgreich. Hab's auch mal über einen anderen Provider versucht, ebenfalls nicht. Noscript o.ä. habe ich gar nicht aktiviert.
