Systemdatei ist nicht geeignet?
Habe erst kürzlich WIN XP home mit SP1 neu installiert. Bei einigen Programmen, Animationen und tools die vorher bei einer anderen Version von WIN XP problemlos funktionierten, kommt jetzt häufig folgende Meldung:
C:\ WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. Die Systemdatei ist nicht geeignet um Anwendungen für MS-DOS oder Microsoft Windows auszuführen.
Was bedeutet das? Wer kann helfen?

Schau auch mal, ob der Wert für FILES und Buffers für deine Anwendung hoch genug ist. WIr haben zum Beispiel eine alte DOS-Fibu die unbedingt den Wert 200 benötigt.
Symptoms:

c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt The system file is not suitable for running MSDOS
and microsoft windows applications.
Cause:This might be due to three files corrupt or missing
c:\windows\system32\config.nt
c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt
c:\windows\system32\command.com
Then checked with the expanding the files config.nt and autoexec.nt and command.com
on the command prompt.
expand "drive letter":\i386\config.nt_ c:\windows\system32\config.nt
expand "drive letter":\i386\autoexec.nt_ c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt
expand "drive letter":\i386\command.co_ c:\windows\system32\command.com
Might give you a message Unable to expand the files as it says that Cannot open the
input files.
Expand from the repair folder: Then expanded the file c:\windows\repair to
c:\windows\system32
Done copied the file to the folder successfully.
ACTION : Tried to open a programme

RESULT : Error Message:16 BIT MSDOS subsystem. c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt The
system file is not suitable for running MSDOS and microsoft windows applications.
CAUSE : Autoexec.nt missing from the system32 folder.
RESOLUTION : Resolved\Tried to go for expanding the file from the CD and did not
fine the i386 folder and then checked in the repair floder in the c:\ and then
expanded the file from there and were successfully in that programme.
