einige einträge in css werden ignoriert... warum ?
Moin kollegen.. sehr merkwürdig das ganze, ich habe eine css in der ich unter anderem auch die Farbe der Scrollbalken anpassen mag.. allerdings wird das mal völlig ignoriert.. das ganze steht in einer php.. sobald ich das ganze aus einer html auslede gehts plötzlich, woran kann das liegen ?

Wenn du nur mit dem IE testest, probiers doch mal mit anderer Browsern wie Opera, Konquerer, Firefox, Netscape....
Der IE interpretiert die scrollbar-tags wie du schon bemerkt hast nur direkt (über das body-tag) .
