Benötige Hilfe bei der Einrichtung von SuSE 9.3 Pro
Ich habe ein Problem mit der Installation der Treiber für mein Board (A7N8X-E Deluxe)+Sound Onboard 5.1 bzw. WLAN (rt2400), ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 128MB (kein OpenGL) und TV-Karte (Pinnacle PCTV Pro)
Hallo!
Bis jetzt habe ich immer nur mit Linux herum gespielt,
seit SuSE 7.2 beobachte ich die Entwicklung.
Die Möglichkeiten von Linux/Unix sind einfach riesig.
Jetzt möchte ich mich ganz von Microsoft trennen.
Vor einiger zeit habe ich mir dazu SuSE 9.3 Pro zugelegt
und seit dem versuche ich es einzurichten.
Allerdings mit geringem erfolg, das System läuft zwar Stabil aber ich kann nicht alles nutzen.
Für normale Office-Anwendungen reicht es.
Die Multimedia funktionen konnte ich noch nicht richtig nutzen.
Das möchte ich jetzt ändern.

Ich habe die Treiber von http://www.nvidia.de/object/linux_nforce_1.0-0306_de.html geladen und erfolgreich Installiert.
Doch wenn ich den Treiber aktivieren möchte kommt folgende Meldung beim booten:

Das system erkennt eine RaLink Wireless PCI Adpator RT2400 / RT2460.
Starte ich diese Karte über YAST, passiert rein gar nichts (kein blinken an der Karte) oder der Rechner hängt sich auf.(Karte blinkt hier auch nicht)
Unter WinXP SP2 funktioniert diese Karte ohne murren. (Da ich mit Microsoft nix mehr zutun haben möcht, bringt mir das nix!)
Demnach kann ich ausgehen das die Karte richtig eingebaut ist.
ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 182MB:
Ich habe den aktuellen treiber von ati.com gleaden und Installiert.(ati-driver-installer-8.16.20-i386.run)
Der Treiber funktioniert aber ohne OpenGL
Wäre toll wenn mir jemand helfen könnte!
Bis jetzt habe ich immer nur mit Linux herum gespielt,
seit SuSE 7.2 beobachte ich die Entwicklung.
Die Möglichkeiten von Linux/Unix sind einfach riesig.
Jetzt möchte ich mich ganz von Microsoft trennen.
Vor einiger zeit habe ich mir dazu SuSE 9.3 Pro zugelegt
und seit dem versuche ich es einzurichten.
Allerdings mit geringem erfolg, das System läuft zwar Stabil aber ich kann nicht alles nutzen.
Für normale Office-Anwendungen reicht es.
Die Multimedia funktionen konnte ich noch nicht richtig nutzen.
Das möchte ich jetzt ändern.

Ich habe die Treiber von http://www.nvidia.de/object/linux_nforce_1.0-0306_de.html geladen und erfolgreich Installiert.
Doch wenn ich den Treiber aktivieren möchte kommt folgende Meldung beim booten:

nvsound: module not supported by Novell, setting U taint flag.

...
WLAN:
Das system erkennt eine RaLink Wireless PCI Adpator RT2400 / RT2460.
Starte ich diese Karte über YAST, passiert rein gar nichts (kein blinken an der Karte) oder der Rechner hängt sich auf.(Karte blinkt hier auch nicht)
Unter WinXP SP2 funktioniert diese Karte ohne murren. (Da ich mit Microsoft nix mehr zutun haben möcht, bringt mir das nix!)
Demnach kann ich ausgehen das die Karte richtig eingebaut ist.
ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 182MB:
Ich habe den aktuellen treiber von ati.com gleaden und Installiert.(ati-driver-installer-8.16.20-i386.run)
Der Treiber funktioniert aber ohne OpenGL
Wäre toll wenn mir jemand helfen könnte!

Ich habe es geschaft dem Digi-Ausgang Bits zu enlocken!

rmmod i810_audio
modprobe nvsound

Dann habe ich /etc/modprobe.d/sound angepasst
alias snd-card-0 nvsound
alias snd-card-1 nvsound
sowie /etc/modprobe.conf
im Abschnitt Nvidia den Abschnitt nochmals eingesetz alias ...
Doch nach einem reboot sind die aten Treiber wieder geladen

die einfachste möglochkeit wäre einfhc die mpdueldatie i810_audio und snd-intel8x0 in .ko.org umzu benennen.
habe mal wieder zeit gefunden zu basteln...
(ich bescheibe mal genauer was ich gemacht habe, ich hasse es wenn ich etwas im Inet suche und auf ein Forum treffe wo ich meine das ist mein Problem - also gibt es auch die lösung hier ...
aber kurz vor dem punkt wo sich alles klärt ... aller einräge ENDE GRRRRRRR )
Dabei habe ich es geschaft das gar nichts mehr gegeht hat. (scheigen im Walde ...)
kurz und gut alles wieder zurück, treiber mit YAST aktiviert und noch mal von vorne.
mit der folgenden vorgehensweise habe ich es dann doch geschaft.
- Konsole gestartet
- als root eingelogt
- mit YAST die alten Soundeistellungen gelöscht
(geht auch anders -> mit rmmod die anderen zwei Treiber entladen)
- init 3
- die nvidia-treiber erneut Installiert
- da nvidia auf OSS setzt habe ich YAST wie folgt gestartet -> "yast sound .oss"
siehe da; jetzt konnte ich beide sound-chips einrichten!!!
(oder man kann auch mit modprobe den nvsound treiber laden, ist aber meiner meinung nach nicht ganz so sauber)
- init 5
jetzt hatte ich es geschaft, es kam Ton über Analog- sowie Digitalausgang
allerdings nach einem reboot - die anderen wurden wieder geladen grrr
nach genauerer analyse habe ich herausgefunden warum
die anderen Treiber wurden über "Coldplug" beim booten geladen
Wo sind die Dateien die dies veranlassen?
Nach kurzer Suche (erstaunlich kurzer suche) hatte ich sie gefunden
im Verzeichnis /etc/sysconfig/hardware
die Dateien "hwcfg-static-*" beinhalten die informationen für die Geräte
dort habe ich einfach solange gesucht bis ich die richtigen zwei Dateien gefunden habe
sie habe ich dann umbenannt in "hwcfg-static-1" und "hwcfg-static-2"
die anderen habe ich gesichert und gelöscht
vi hwcfg-static-1
STARTMODE='auto'
vi hwcfg-static-1
STARTMODE='auto'
Danach habe ich den Rechner neu gestartet ... tata es geht
