Benötigt das hinzufügen von Featues oder Rollen bei Windows-Server Internetzugriff
Hallo,
heute hatte bei mir ein Windows Server 2008 R2 eine Endlos-Installation des Windows-Featues "Windows-Backup". Nach 3 Stunden "Installation" von Windows-Backup habe ich den Server neugestartet. Danach war das Feature jedoch installiert.
Kann es sein, dass Windows Server 2008 R2 diese Daten aus dem Internet geholt hat?

nein, eigentlich hat es die Daten zur Hand, Abgleich kann natürlich vorkommen. Ist das System update bzw wurde etwas gefrickelt?

Jein, früher wurde z.b. Net Framework teils aus dem Netz gezogen.

Ja kann es unter Umständen, zumindest 2012 macht dies damals schon so, wenn der FeatureStore das benötigte Feature nicht bereitstellt, die GPO es nicht verbietet und/oder Teile davon im SideBySide-Store fehlen wird folgende Reihenfolge für die Beschaffung des Features eingehalten:Install or Uninstall Roles, Role Services, or Features
The path specified in this parameter is only used if the command cannot find feature files in the local side-by-side store of the specified target computer or VHD. The command searches for feature files in the following order:
1) On the target computer or offline VHD.
2) Path specified as the value of this parameter. If you add a UNC path, verify that the computer account of the target server has Read permissions on the share. The computer account should be in one of the following formats: DOMAIN\SERVERNAME$ or SERVER$
3) Repository path specified by the Group Policy Object (GPO), Specify settings for optional component installation and component repair, located in Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/System in Local Group Policy Editor. This Group Policy setting controls the following Windows Registry setting: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Servicing\LocalSourcePath.
4) Windows Update.
