Compaq M700
Hi @ all
mein Bruder hat vor kurzem bei Ebay einem Compaq M700 gekauft,
wenn man versucht zu booten erscheint die Fehlermeldung: 1155 System Board Comm port Adress Assignment conflict
danach geht es zwar weiter und man kommt in ein Menü wo man zwischen F1 Boot und F10 Computer Setup auswählen kann, man kann auch starten aber der laptop stürzt ab und zu ab.

loesung BIOS-Reset:
Remove Battery and A/C cord
Hold FN key down
Apply AC and start tapping the F11 key
when LED cycles on and off release FN and F11 keys
You will get the 162 System Options not set (message)
Choose F1 to accept changes and F10 to access the BIOS.
You may need to reset some options in the bios

Jo danke die Meldung ist weg, allerdings hängt sich der Laptop ab und zu noch auf, jemand ne Idee woran das liegen könnte?
Meldungen kommen keiner, er hängt sich unterschiedlich auf. Manchmal bei starten, manchmal wenn man ihn 10,15 Minuten benutzt hat.

das hoert sich mehr nach einem hardwareproblem an, genauer gesagt nach einem thermikproblem. ich wuerde einmal die cpu pruefen [temperatur]...das netzteil [spannungsschwankungen] und den arbeitsspeicher [integritaet] .

Das heißt doch:
Akku und Stromkabel entfernen
FN Taste drücken
Stromkabel anschließen und F11 Taste drücken
Wenn die LEDs blicken FN und F11 Tasten auslassen
Du bekommst die "162 System Options not set" Meldung
Drücke F1 um die Änderungen zu bestätigen und F10 um ins Bios zu kommen
Eventuell musst du einige Optionen im BIOS reseten
Wenn das stimmt dann hab ichs zwar verstanden aber dennoch nicht geschafft es kommt trotzdem der Screen mit der Auswahl F1 Boot oder F10 Computer Setup
Hoffe es kann mir jemand helfen.

Stuerzt er ab oder kannst Du beide Optionen einwandfrei aufrufen?
laptop läuft sonst ohne probleme aber der error und das auswählen lassen ahnen das da was nicht ok ist.
