Echo date - Variable

Hallo,

ich versuche eine Variable in ein Textdokument auszugeben, jedoch will das nicht wirklich funktionieren:

Batch:

>>uhrzeit1.dat echo ^%date^%

So soll die Textdatei am Ende aussehen:

%date%
