event 1054 unter win2k3 als virtuelle Maschine unter Hyper-V

Folgendes Szenario:

Ich habe einen win2008 x64 Enterprise laufen mit Hyper-V
unter Hyper-V habe ich dann 2 mal win2k3std x32 laufen
soweit so gut ..... bis zu dem Zeitpunkt als ich die win2k3 Server zu DC´s gemacht habe ... seitdem habe ich den Fehler 1054 permanent.
Einer hat die FSMO Rollen so zu sagen PDC auf dem anderen läuft noch ein Exchange2003.
Beide lassen sich ohne Probleme Replizieren.
auf dem PDC läuft DNS und in der Netzwerkkarte ist auch im DNS die 127.0.0.0 eingetragen . Weiterleitung ist direkt im DNS-serverdienst eingetragen.
beim zweiten DC ist logischerweise der PDC als DNS eingetragen.
habe auch schon ein Hosteintrag für den PDC in DomainDNSzone und ForestDNSzone wie empfohlen gemacht.
Auch habe ich net time gesetzt ....
alle Hardwarekomponeten sind im Gerätemanager unter Hyper-V installiert.
So langsam gehen mir die Ideen aus vielleicht kann mir hier jemand helfen.
