Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition wäre eine Möglichkeit.
Für MSDN user ist es Gratis.
Über den Preis für einen "normalen User" kann ich nichts sagen.

ob es einen pendant zu Sharpdevelop in C++ gibt k.A.

Ich finde das Programm
Bloodshed Software DevC++
ganz gut. Ist auch freeware soweit ich weiß.
