KB929399 Microsoft Windows Media Format 11 SDK for Windows XP kann nicht installiert werden

Hallo Leute !

Ich habe ein Problem mit dem März Update von Mircosoft. Der Patch KB 929399 kann bei eineigen Rechnern im Netz nicht installiert werden. Es handelt sich um genau 2 von ca. 30 Rechnern auf dem dies nicht möglich ist. Als Betriebssystem verwende ich bei beiden Windows XP.

Wenn ich das Update über die Homepage von Microsoft installieren möchte, sagt er mir, dass dieses eine Update nicht installiert werden kann. Als Fehlercode wird mir angezeigt: 0xD0000005 ( ersichtlich im Updateverlauf ).

Ausserdem habe ich versucht das Update von MS herunterzuladen und manuell zu installieren, allerdings erfolgt dann immer die Meldung, dass ein Fehler festegestellt wurde und es erfolgt die übliche Frage, ob ich einen Fehlerbericht zu Microsoft senden möchte.

Weiterhin habe ich versucht das Update über die Automatische-Update-Funktion ( Systemsteuerung/Automatische Updates ) zu installieren, doch auch dort kommt die Meldung wie über die Homepage, dass dieses Update nicht installiert wurde.

Komischerweise wurde das Update auf allen anderen Rechern ohne Probleme installiert.

Hoffe mir kann jemand helfen. Denn weder googeln, noch MS Technet konnten mir weiterhelfen.

Nun geht es weiter ... ich habe den Rechner nun ein paar mal neugestartet und nun installiert er das Update über die MS-Update-Page zwar, aber wenn ich erneut nach Updates suche, findet er genau dieses erneut. Heruntergeladen hat er es zwar bereits ( Anzeige: "Insgesamt: 1 Updates , 0 KB , 0 Minuten *
(*Gedownloadet und bereit zur Installation" ).
Ich kann es so oft ich möchte erneut installieren, doch es wird immer wieder angezeigt.

Hab diesen Befehl mal ausgeführt und bekomme dann die Nachricht unter

ich versuchs einfach mal mit "/overwriteoem" ... ausgeschrieben, sorry, hab ich gerade erste entdeckt, dass das auch im Fenster geschrieben wird. face-smile
