Kostenlose Virtualisierungssoftware
Hallo zusammen,
möchte mal in die Runde fragen, welche kostenlosen Virtualisierungsprogramme aktuell am besten sind.
Ich möchte Windows 8.1 Professional als Host-System nutzen.
Geplante VMs: Windows 7 Ultimate und SuSe Linux.
Ich hätte auch noch eine Lizenz für VMWare Workstation 7 rumfliegen, habe ich 2011 gekauft. Vermute aber mal, dass ich die Software-technisch so nicht mehr verwenden kann.

Windows 8.1 Pro als Host und dann fragst du noch?
Was besseres als Hyper-V gibts unter Windows nicht!
Wenns was anderes als Windows 8.1 sein soll eventuell "Hyper-V Server 2012R2" oder "VMWare esxi 6.0".

Hyper-V unterstützt so gut wie alle aktuellen Systeme, da gibts kaum noch Probleme ;)
