Mod fcgid: too much processes, please increase FCGID MAX APPLICATION direkt nach restart

Hallo,

folgendes Problem tritt bei einem meiner Server seit einigen Tagen auf:

Was könnte denn den apachen direkt nach dem Restart so in die Knie zwingen? In access_ssl_log ist außer ein paar Bots nichts außergewöhnliches um diese Zeit zu finden.
Wo könnte ich da ansetzen?

Einiges verkehrt auf der Maschine.

Nutze eine Suchmaschine Deiner Wahl und schau nach, was das hier bedeutet und wie Du das behebst.

Es geht ja hauptsächlich um:

server reached MaxRequestWorkers setting, consider raising the MaxRequestWorkers setting

Alles andere ist klar, hat aber mit dem Problem nichts zu tun.
