MS Exchange 2013 KillBit Fehler

Bekomme auf einem unserer Exchange seit neuesten diesen Fehler, kann leider nichts im internet dazu finden.
Einer von euch sowas schon einmal erlebt?

Szenario: ProcessKillBit. Fehler beim Lesen der Datei mit der Killbit-Liste aufgrund von Ausnahme System.IO.IOException: Der Prozess kann nicht auf die Datei "C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\ClientAccess\owa\prem\15.0.1236.3\ext\killbit\killbit.xml" zugreifen, da sie von einem anderen Prozess verwendet wird.
