MySQL Community Server ERROR 2003
Hallo,
ich brauche MySQL auf meinem PC, will es aber nicht installieren. Ich habe Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.
Also habe ich mir MySQL 5.1 GA geladen und zwar "without Installer".
Ich habe mir das Ganze auf den Desktop gelegt und dann versucht über die Konsole mich anzumelden:
Leider kommt nur das dabei raus. Im root-Verzeichnis habe ich verschiedene *.ini Files. Dort stand jeweils als Passwort ->your_password.
Das habe ich mal gelöscht, hat aber nichts gebracht. Muss ich evtl. noch den Port ändern oder sonst etwas druchführen? Welche *.ini File ist überhaupt ausschlaggebend?

Enter password:
ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) Leider kommt nur das dabei raus. Im root-Verzeichnis habe ich verschiedene *.ini Files. Dort stand jeweils als Passwort ->your_password.

Aha! Darf man fragen warum du's nicht installieren willst?Also habe ich mir MySQL 5.1 GA geladen und zwar "without Installer".
"without Installer" bedeutet i.d.R. nur das der Autom. Installier nicht dabei ist. Installiert werden muss es trotzdem nochCan't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)
Weil kein mysql Server läuft, weil keiner installiert ist.Was du willst ist ein "portable" mysql... guckst Du hier
