Nfs Berechtigung
Hallo,
folgende Ausgangssituation:
Ich habe als NFS-Server einen redhat server
in der /etc/exports
steht:
/global 10.10.10.2/32(rw)
nun binde ich mir das Verzeichnis von einem Solaris Server an
mount -F nfs -o rsize=32768,wsize=32768,soft 10.10.10.1:/global /global/
Soweit funktioniert alles. Wenn ich jetzt als root von dem Solaris Server aus
eine Datei anlege geht es. Wenn ich jedoch einen chown ausführe bekomme ich
als Fehlermeldung:
chown: test.txt: Not owner
ls -lisa bringt:
15 8 -rw-r--r-- 1 nobody nobody 6 Oct 28 10:59 test.txt
Kann mir da mal jemand auf die Sprünge helfen?

Wenn du jetzt noch bekannt gibst wie denn dein gewünschtes verhalten aussieht, wäre das sehr hilfreich.
Soweit sieht alles nach gewöhnlichem NFS aus.
Schau dir mal root_squash als Option an, vielleicht willst du darauf hinaus...
"The option 'root_squash' causes files acessed/created by 'root' on the NFS client to be given the permissions of a non-root user on the NFS server. The idea is to increase security by preventing a ownership of the root account on one system 'migrating' to the server.
The option 'no_root_squash' basically allows the root user on the client to access/create files on the NFS server as root. Typically this is needed if you are hosting root filesystems on the NFS server (for diskless clients). If you don't things break... "

Hallo,
ich hätte gerne das die User bzw. scripte diesen Ordner in Zukunft als Speicherplatz verwenden.
Aktuell habe ich einfach das Problem das die Rechte irgendwie nicht passen. Ich kann einer
Datei weder rechte setzen, noch als root z.b. fremde Dateien bearbeiten.
