Nt4 migration zu w2k3 Probleme mit der Passwortmigration
Hallo,
Ich möchte gerne Benutzer/Gruppen/Computerkonten/Passwörter mit dem ADMT v3 zu einer neuen Domäne migrieren.
Beide Domains sind auf Windows 2003 Domänenfunktionsebene, DNS funktioniert soweit.
Zwischen alter und neuer Domöne bestehen beiderseitige Vertrauensstellungen.
ADMT v3 habe ich auf dem neuen Domaincontroller installiert.
Benutzer und Gruppen kann ich soweit importieren.
Jedoch habe ich Probleme mit der Passwortmigration.
Auf dem neuen DC habe ich per ADMT key, den Schlüssel erzeugt und auf dem Quell DC Pwdmig aufgerufen.
Den Password Export Server soweit installiert, neu gestartet und versucht am Ziel DC die Passwort Migration durchzuführen.
Wenn ich nun zum Punkt " Select Password Export Server" den Quell DC angeben, auf welchem der PES Server laufen sollte, bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung: "Unable to establish a session with password export server, the specific service does not exists or not installed"
Installiert der Pwdmig eingendlich einen Service?
kann mir da jemand auf die sprünge helfen???????????
Den Password Export Server soweit installiert, neu gestartet und versucht am Ziel DC die Passwort Migration durchzuführen.

Google mal die Meldung, ist evtl. nur ein Verfahrensfehler.

Have followed the instructions to install the PES on the source domain DC?
admt key /option:create /sourcedomain:SourceDomain/keyfile:KeyFilePath/keypassword:{password|*}
On the domain controller that runs the PES service in the source domain, insert the encryption key disk.
2. In the %systemroot%\Windows\ADMT\PES folder, run Pwdmig.msi. If you set a password during the key generation process on the domain controller in the target domain, provide the password that was given when the key was created, and then click Next.
3. If you plan to run the PES service as an authenticated user account, specify the account in the format domain\user_name.
4. After installation completes, restart the domain controller.
5. After the domain controller restarts, to start the PES service, point to Start, point to All Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Services.
6. In the details pane, right-click Password Export Server Service, and then click Start.
Note
Run the PES service only when you migrate passwords. Stop the PES service after you complete the password migration.
