Sysprep hängt

Ich habe mit Symantec Ghost Solution Suite und Sysprep nen Image gemacht.
danach hängt er sich immer auf bei dem schwarzen Hintergrund mit Logo und der Nachricht "Bitte warten..."
weis einfach net was ich noch machen soll hoffe das ihr mir weiterhelfen könnt!

System ist Win XP Prof SP2
