Umzug von Win2000 auf Win XP Prof.
Hallo,
ich möchte gerne mit WIn2000 auf eine neue Festplatte umziehen, auf der XP Prof. installiert ist. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit sämtliche Daten und Programme "mitzunehmen", ohne alles wieder neu installieren zu müssen?
