Was ist die Virtual Registry

Hallo zusammen,

auf die Gefahr hin, dass ich mich blamiere:

Beim durchforsten der Eventlogs eines Terminalservers ist mir ein Fehler aufgefallen, der sich wiederholt. Über EventID bin ich auf einen KB-Artikel (931914) gestoßen, der mein Problem beschreibt und eine Lösungsanleitung bietet:

Problem:

Event ID: 3009
Type: Error
Source: LoadPerf
Description: Installing the performance counter strings for service Outlook (Outlook) failed.
The Error code is the first DWORD in Data section.

Lösung:

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
1. Click the Virtual Registry tab.
2. Expand REGISTRY, expand Machine, expand System, expand CurrentControlSet, and then expand Services.
3. Right-click Outlook, and then click Delete.

Ich scheitere bei Schritt 1 - der 'Virtual Registry'.

Kann mir bitte jemand sagen, wie ich dorthin komme?
