Gibt es einen Befehl für Cisco Router, der Wake up LAN erlaubt? Wie lautet der?

OK, innerhalb eines IP Segemnts (VLAN, LAN) funktioniert das natürlich problemlos. Wenn du über Routergrenzen gehen musst, (und das ist vermutlich der Grund deiner Frage...) dann ist das Kommando "ip helper-addres a.b.c.d" dein Freund. Das stellst du auf die jeweiligen Netzsegment IP Adressen ein um diese UDP Broadcasts forzuwarden.
