Windows SQL 2008 auf Windows 2003 Installationsprobleme

Im Vorwort ist das meiste schon beschrieben, nun ich habe das ganze auch auf einem physischen Server getestet, da ich zuerst gedacht habe es liegt am virtuellen System, doch leider war dies nicht so.
Hat jemand von euch eine Idee? Bin schon fast ein wenig verzeifelt, da ich die Installation nun schon mehrmals durchgeführt habe. Mit allen Möglichen kombinationen.
