WSUS Update Publisher mit Flash Fehler 6B2

Hallo zusammen,

nachdem ich endlich den leidigen Zertifikatsfehler beseitigt hatte kommt nun diese Fehlermeldung beim Installieren von Flash-Paketen per Publisher.
Code 6B2 unbekannter Fehler bei Windows Update.

Über google konnte ich nichts aussagekräftiges finden.

Der WSUS ist auf einem Server 2003 Std x64 installiert, der Client zum testen ist ein W7x64.
Der Wsus Publisher ist aktuell.

Für das Flash Player Active X Plugin gibt es bei der manuellen Installation den Hinweis das es durch den Internet Explorer mit WSUS Updates versorgt wird. Bezeiht sich der Fehler eventuell nur auf Active X?

Nein, betrifft auch den NPAPI und Windows 7 als Clientplattform.
Bezüglich ActiveX hab ich aber auch den gleichen Fehler.
Wo kann man eine ausführlichere Fehlerbeschreibung einsehen, Client oder Server?

Auf dem Client vermutlich unter C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log

Ich hab WSUS Package Publisher grade erst eingerichtet und noch kein Flash Update damit gemacht, nur Java verteilt.

Wie kann ich Screenshots einfügen? Mir fehlt der Tab Bilder.
Oder gibt es irgendwo ne ini-Datei die ich posten kann?

Den Beitrag selber bearbeiten, dort hochladen und die Image-Tag dann im Kommentar posten.

Aber ich glaube zu wissen was dein Problem ist. Zieh die MSI-Datei auf den Client und versuche eine manuelle Installtion. Ich würde fast wetten, auch dort erscheint eine ähnliche Fehlermeldung.

Mir fehlt wie gesagt der Reiter zum Bilder hochladen, habe im Bearbeitungsfenster nur "Kommentar bearbeiten", "Vorschau" und "Formatierungshilfe".
Glaube man kann erst mit nem höherem Level Bilder einbinden.

würde fast wetten, auch dort erscheint eine ähnliche Fehlermeldung.

Im WPP lass ich mir den Pfad zur Datei anzeigen, verweist dann aber auf eine CAB.
Wenn ich die CAB dann lokal auf dem Client auspacke und die enthaltene MSI ausführe frag er im Installationsdialog nach einer viel älteren "Install_flash_player13.0.0.182_plugin.msi"-Datei die er noch brauch.
Installiert ist diese Version aber auch nicht mehr laut Softwaremanager, derzeit gar keine Flashvariante.

Moin,
geh in die Registry und lösche im Tree HKLM alles zu Adobe Flash. Davor den Key natürlich sichern.
Danach sollte die Installation klappen.

Hi Dani!

Lag wirklich noch an Resten alter Installationen, bei einem zweiten Rechner war es das gleiche.
Gibt es einen Kniff wie ich das auch domänenweit durchziehen kann, also eine Art Bereinigungstool von Adobe oder ähnlich?

Du kannst per Gruppenrichtlinie Registry Einträge setzen oder auch entfernen. Das wird natürlich auch nach einer erfolgreichen Installation von Flash wieder passieren, da müsstest du dann die GPO vorher wieder raus nehmen.

Auch kannst du im Logon Script Registry-Einträge entfernen, auch mit IF Bedingung.

Alternativ kann man das aber auch mit dem Package Publisher realisieren, der kann auch Einträge setzen / entfernen, gemacht habe ich das so aber noch nicht.

Richtig.

Alternativ kann man das aber auch mit dem Package Publisher realisieren, der kann auch Einträge setzen / entfernen
Oder so, geht auch. Ein Batchatei schreiben, welchen den betroffenen Registryeintag löscht. Eine Sache von 15 Minuten (samt Test)... face-wink

Habt Dank, Jungs!

Konnte zum Glück auf mehreren Rechnern den gleichen Schlüssel in der Registry als Fehlerquelle ausmachen.
Das löschen hab ich dann aber per GPO übernommen.
