Öffentliches Postfach wird bei einem User nicht in Outlook angezeigt

Folgendes Szenario: Ich habe auf unserem Exchange 2013 ein öffentliches Postfach angelegt (für den Angebotseingang von Lieferanten) und habe im Exchange sämtliche Nutzer eingetragen, die dieses Postfach in Outlook angezeigt bekommen sollen.
Bei einem Nutzer klappt dies aber nicht. Er hat Office 2007 drauf und auch alles geupdated bis zum Anschlag für Exchange 2013.
Andere User die Office 2007/2010 nutzen haben das Problem nicht, bei denen wird das Postfach einfach unter dem normalen Postfach angezeigt.
Hat jemand eine Idee woran das liegen könnte? Weitere Infos reiche ich gerne nach.

Hi,
First check E-Mail autoconfiguration on the client (STRG+right click taskbar icon). Check the autodiscover xml contents for the additional mailbox

Then check the AD Attributes ( msExchDelegateListLink / msExchDelegateListBL) for the mailbox

to see if the are correctly set for the target mailbox and the user.
If this is the case and everything is correct, recreate the outlook profile.

i solved it by adding the mailbox manually in Outlook 2007
thanks anyway!!! It seems that the automapping is working better in newer outlook-versions.
