Auflösung lässt sich nicht ändern - intel 945GM

Hallo

hab ein neues NB bekommen und hab mir Suse 10.2 druff installiert...
hab jetzt ein Problem mit der Auflösung. Das NB kann 1400x1050, jedoch will es das nicht...

hab auch schon probiert 915resolution 5c 1400 1050
aber alles ohne Erfolg.

Im sax2 ist die auflösung auf 1400x1050 eingestellt, doch jedesmal, wenn ich auf Test klicke ist die Auflösung 1024x768..

Weiß einer von euch da vielleicht Rat oder eine Lösung..
