Datenmüll und -brei beim Zusammenspiel von Outlook und einem Fachprogramm (Expose8 von Node)
Hallo Ihr alle,
seit Jahren (gefühlt seit 2008) haben wir das Problem, dass hin und wieder einige im Fachprogramm geschriebenen Mails so in Outlook ankommen und verschickt werden, hin und wieder fehlen dann auch Anlagen, welche der Mail beiliegen (s.u.).
Keiner meiner beiden Dienstleister fühlt sich verantwortlich.
Der eine sagt, es liegt am Fachprogramm, das bestreitet die Firma Node vehement.
Hat jemand von Euch eine Idee?

Ich habe Deinen Klarnamen zunächst mal wieder entfernt ... da steht aber eine Menge Zeugs unverschlüsselt in Deinem Text.
Letztlich wird Dir das aus der Ferne niemand sagen können --> wer verschlüsselt da überhaupt? Outlook lokal? Der mail-Server? Deine Anwendung? Gibt es das Zertifikate? Stimmen die? Aktuell? Tritt das nur an einem Arbeitsplatz auf?
etc.pp. --> das wird für eine Ferndiagnose IMHO zu aufwändig.
