Hallo,
ich habe da so ein kleines Problemchen. ich versuche die ganze zeit David Zehn dazu bringen die Faxe zu empfangen.

er tut es aber nicht!

ich habe den Port über CAPI und Benutzer mit MSN Eingerichtet. Im Monitor von dem Port wird der Anruf wie folgt gezeigt.
das Problem ist, dass sofort ein besetzt ton kommt. egal was ich tue.

Wie sieht denn der Inhalt der TLD.ini aus? Hast du als MSN 949840718 eingetragen. Ohne Vertilregel sollten die Faxe dann wenigstens in Unverteilt landen.

die TLD.ini habe ich NICHT verändert. David ist auf frisch installiertem PC frisch installiert. ELSA LANCOM 2000 hat die "neuste" Firmware von 2004.

Die MSN habe ich unter Akzeptierte Eingangs MSNs eingetragen

des verwunderliche ist, dass man bei Anruf sofort ein besetzt Zeichen kriegt.

Hy,

bei den Funkwerk R1200 Routern ist es z.b. erforderlich, das in der CAPI-Konfig ein "Dummy" Eintrag, z.b. 999999 gesetzt wird.
In der Tobit KB gibt es ein Dokument das die Konfig der Remote-Capi erklärt.
U.U. hilft dir das auch bei der LANCOM Remote Capi

Wenn du keinen Zugriff auf das TPN hast schick mir mal deine Mail per PN, ich sende dir dann das .pdf

zudem was Weasel1969 schreibt, kannst du noch probieren intern auf die Numemr anzurufen, oder verwendest du keine TK-Anlage?

so da habt ihr mich. CAPI ist eher nicht meine Welt.

ich installiere jetzt einen PC mit FritzCard um das Problem einzuschränken und die Benutzer friedlich zu stellen, heißt aber nicht, dass ich aufgebe.

will das über Lancapi doch gelöst haben.

So, mit FritzCard geht es, aber ich kriege die Faxe nicht an die benutzer verteilt. die landen alle in unverteilt.

Dann machst du den DvISE Admin auf, unter Verteilregeln legst du für jede MSN eine Verteilregel an. Wenn du nur über eine MSN empfängst, kannst du sie ja auch in einen gemeinsames Fax-Archive verteilen. Verteilkennung = MSN Bezeichnung beliebig, und ein Archive oder Empfänger angeben.
