Ersteinrichtung Outlook Anmeldedaten stimmen angeblich nicht

Hallo zusammen,

ich versuche gerade ein Outlook2010 mit einem Office365 Konto ersteinzurichten.
Das Konto ist schon auf einem Handy und einem anderen Outlook eingebunden & mit dem Kennwort komme ich auch ins 365 Portal rein & kann die Mails abrufen.

Nun ist es so das ich das Fenster mit Name, E-Mail & Kennwort ausgefüllt habe und ich schon 2 Haken habe beim Überprüfen, Serversuche nur bei "Anmelden am Server" kommt ständig die Benutzerkontensteuerung & verlangt ein anderes Passwort ... das Passwort was ich eingebe stimmt aber zu 100%...

Ich weiß langsam nicht mehr weiter ...

bin für jeden Tipp dankbar

Did you install the required setup? Outlook 2010 needs this update to work with O365, later versions of Outlook do not require it anymore.
Set up Office 2010 desktop programs to work with Office 365 for business

Thanks for your answer.
I find the solution of the problem by myselfe.

I had to install a specific Microsoft update.

Here the list of updates that windows update search works correctly.
After installing, windows update will find all the missing updates for office.

So your system was not totally up to date in this case. OK then it's no wonder.
