ich wollte mal fragen ob es möglich ist die Daten des Monitors (Hersteller,Typ, etc.) mit einer Batch auszulesen.

Das ganze in einer vbs-Datei speichern. Und dann diese Datei aus deiner Batch mittels "cscript PFAD\DEINEDATEI.vbs" starten.
