MSSQL Wert für Variable - wofür steht das N?
Hallo Admins,
ich habe eine Verständnisfrage. Wenn in MSSQL Werte für Variablen angegeben werden steht oft ein N mit dabei. Wofür ist das. Ich habe diesbezüglich leider nichts brauchbares gefunden. Danke für eure Hilfe.
EXEC HumanResources.uspGetEmployees @lastname = N'Ackerman', @firstname = N'Pilar';

das N' (National language character set ) symbolisiert Unicode-Zeichen. You must precede all Unicode strings with a prefix N when you deal with Unicode string constants in SQL Server
