Outlook 2016 speichert Exchange Passwort nicht wenn Cache Modus eingeschaltet ist
Hallo zusammen,
ich kämpfe seit Tagen mit dem Problem, dass ein Windows 10 Pro Client mit Outlook 2016 das Passwort für das HostedExchange Konto nihct speichert, sobald ich den Cache Modus einschalte. Ist der Cache-Modus aus, so besteht das Problem nicht und Outlook speichert das Kennwort ohne zu murren.
Folgendes habe ich schon gemacht:
- Outlookprofil gelöscht inkl. sämtlicher Daten wie .ost usw.
- Sämtliche Windows Anmeldedaten gelöscht
Dennoch ohne Erfolg. Immer wenn ich den Cache aktiviere, kommt die Abfrage nach Benutzername und Passwort. Im Netzwerk sind weitere Windows 7 Pro und Windows 10 Pro Rechner vorhanden, die den selben HostedExchange nutzen, dort tritt das Problem nicht auf.
Hat jemand von euch eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte.

Have you tried renewing the windows profile of the affected user?
Or try manually entering the credentials in the credentials store.

Hi,
no I haven't renewed the windows profile yet. The credentials in credentials store I have set manually and also delete them complete, but it doesn't help.
