Powerpoint 2007 hängt sich beim öffnen einer .ppt Datei auf!
Hallo zusammen,
ich habe ein Windows 2003 Server mit Terminal - Diensten (Enterprise-Edition), darauf ist Office 2007 installiert und läuft auch soweit.
Nun hat ein User das Problem das er keine .ppt/.pptx Dateien öffnen kann, Powerpoint hängt sich da regelmäßig auf!
Zudem betreibe ich eine Windows Server 2003 Domain, wo dieser User Mitglied ist.
Fehlermeldung in den Eventlogs:
EventType officelifeboathang, P1 powerpnt.exe, P2 12.0.6500.5000, P3 ntdll.dll, P4 5.2.3790.4455, P5 NIL, P6 NIL, P7 NIL, P8 NIL, P9 NIL, P10 NIL.

Viel mehr kann ich euch dazu nich sagen. Ich würde mich freuen wenn Ihr eine Lösung bzw. eine Idee zu der Problematik habt.

- öffne PPT mal im Abgesicherten Modus.
- dann wieder im normalen Modus
und
- deaktiviere alle Addins/Addons/Erweiterungen
- installiere alle Updates und Servicepacks für Office
oder
- Deinstallation Office (nur sinnvoll mit dem Deinstallationsprogramm von M$)
- Neuinstallation
