Sobald ich meine Servergespeicherten Profile vom neuen DC (2008 R1) laden möchte, dauert der o.g. Vorgang gute 20 Sekunden.
Beim alten DC (2003 R2) hingegen nur eine Sekunde.

Habe ein AD mit einem Server 2003 x64 R2 DC und einem Server 2008 x64 R1 DC.
Eigentlich wollte ich den 2003er dieses WE ablösen.

Sehe auch keine Probleme, bis auf meine Servergespeicherten Profile:

Solange die Profile vom alten DC (2003 x64 R2) geladen werden geht das innerhalb weniger Sekunden.
Warten auf Benutzerprofildienst dauert hier höchstens eine Sekunde.

Ändere ich den Pfad jetzt auf den neuen Server dauert der Vorgang plötzlich 20 Sekunden.
Es läuft trotzdem alles ohne Probleme! Auch alle Änderungen am Profil werden übernhemen.
Dachte zuerst es liegt vll. am Profil. Aber auch wenn ich einen neuen User mit neuem Profil erstelle bringt das nicht den gehofften Erfolg.

Client ist ein RDP Account auf dem DC mit Server 2008 x64 R1.
Beide DCs zeigen mit dem ersten DNS Eintrag auf sich selber.

Im Log ist leider nichts zu sehen

Im TechNet Forum gibt es den selben Fehler. Aber da wird HyperV eingesetzt. Leider ist kein Ergebnis zu sehen:

Hi.
Teste, ob es schlicht an Übertragungsproblemen liegt, indem Du den Profilordner unter Windows vom Server zu Dir kopierst und bei beiden Servern vergleichst.

Danke erstmals für die schnelle Antwort! Werde das Profil Verzeichnis morgen mal auf einen anderen Rechner kopieren und den Pfad unter "Profil" ändern.
Aber welche Übertragungsprobleme könnte es dort geben? Das Profil funktioniert ja (bis auf das o.g. Problem) wunderbar.

Sobald das Profil irgendwo anders liegt, verläuft der Vorgang rasend schnell.

So sieht es bis jetzt aus:

Habe jetzt zum gegen testen einen Windows 7 Ulti. Client.
Anmelden dauert 20 Sekunden, wenn das Profil auf dem neuen DC liegt.
Anmelden geht sehr schnell, wenn das Profil irgendwo anders liegt.

Wenn ich jetzt von diesem Client eine Datei in den Profil Ordner kopiere, komme ich auf 55-60 MB/Sekunde (laut der Windows Explorer Anzeige).
Wieso dauert es so lange das Profil zu überprüfen/kopieren? Ein Filetransfer vom selben Rechner ist doch auch mit guten 500Mbit möglich.
Selbst wenn ich das Profil händisch auf meinen Client kopiere, dauert das keine 2 Sekunden.

Den Schlüssel "Diagnostics" gab es bei mir nicht unter: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\
Habe es so angelegt, aber die Datei wird trotzdem nicht erstellt,...

Nur so zum Spaß habe ich das Profil gerade mal auf ein anderes Raid (beim neuen DC) kopiert und von dort dauert es "nur" 15 Sekunden....

Den Schlüssel muss man anlegen, das ist richtig. Datei wird nach der Neuanmeldung angelegt oder nach einem gpupdate /force.
Was das nun mit dem Raid zu tun hat, ist mir schleierhaft - doch ein Performanceproblem?

Das mit der Performance lässt mir auch keine Ruhe. Nur alles andere geht sehr schnell. Egal ob ich Dateien über FTP oder Win Explorer kopiere....

Leider kann ic h nichts dazu sagen, wir nutzen keine servergesp. Profile. Auch zu den Entry-Point-Fehlern im Log kann ich nichts sagen, meine aber, dass diese in meinem Log damals nicht drin waren. Kannst ja mal mit einem anderen Rechner vergleichen.

Ich habe echt keine Ahnung wo und wie ich hier weiter machen soll.
Die XP Clients machen keine Probleme. Allerdings sind schon einige Win 7 Clients im Einsatz.
Und bevor nun der alte DC abgeschaltet wird, würde ich diese 20 Sekunden gerne reduzieren.

EDIT: Habe den Vorfall auch mal im MSCE Board beschrieben: http://www.mcseboard.de/active-directory-forum-79/warten-benutzerprofil ...

Wollte gerade den Domänencontroller im AD wechseln, trotz der langsamen Anmeldung bei Servergespeicherten Profil und Vista, 7, TS 2008.

Dabei ist mir folgendes aufgefallen:
"Active Directory Users and Computers"
Rechtsklick auf die Domäne - "Domänencontroller ändern"
Der DC Server 2008 wird als "Nicht verüfgbar" angezeigt. (Obwohl ich es auf diesem DC machen wollte, also ist er definitiv Online)
Der andere DC wird als Online angezeigt.

Laut diesem Board kann man Fehler ignorieren. Aber was meint ihr?

Habe das Problem seit ein paar Tagen gelöst:

Es lag am SMB2 Feature,…

Nach Deaktivierung von SMB2 läuft alles mit gewohnter Geschwindigkeit wie unter Server 2003:
LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters
DWORD Eintrag “SMB2” mit Wert “0” hinzufügen
Rebooten und fertig.

Schuld sollen Broadcom NetExtreme 2 und Intel Pro 1000 Karten sein. Leider habe ich ausgerechnet mit genau diesen Karten getestet.
Update soll in Kürze folgen.

also das hat bei mir nicht zum Erfolg geführt (Nach dem Reboot dauerte es immer noch so lange).
Ich werde nochmal weiter suchen müssen. Das Problem scheint nicht unbekannt aber keiner hat die richtige Lösung.

Hallo Zusammen,

also ich kann nach langem Beobachten folgende Infos zusammentragen:

- Das Problem haben nun mir 3 bekannte Firmen unterschiedlicher Größe (50 - 1500 Clients).
- Alle haben das Problem bekommen als sie nach einer AD Migration von 2003 zu 2008 R2 das GPO Verteilungskonzept (auf admx) aktualisiert haben.
- In einer frisch installierten AD Umgebung mit ebenfalls der neuen GPO Verteilung (admx), ist dieses Verhalten nicht zu beobachten. Egal ob mit oder ohne AD Verbindung, verbundenes Netzwerk oder ohne Verbinden.

Vorläufiges Ergebnis:
Es kann etwas mit dem GPO-Fluss zu tun haben. Im Logging ist dennoch nichts auffälliges zu erkennen.
Eine Client-Anwendung die das Verursacht ist zumindest in der Firma mit ca. 1500 Clients ausgeschlossen, da sie das Problem bei fast allen Clients beobachtet.

Ich melde mich wenn ich mehr weiß...
