Windows 10 Sysprep schlägt fehl

Hallo zusammen,

ich versuche hier derzeit für ein größeres Rollout Windows 8.1 und Windows 10 (beide Prof.) zu syspreppen um es dann per Image verteilen zu können.

Nun funktioniert dies mit Windows 10 leider überhaupt nicht und meine Recherchen via Suchmaschine haben mir leider auch nicht wirklich geholfen.


Soweit ich es sehen kann ist keinerlei zusätzliche Software installiert. Lediglich einige dutzend Windows Updates wurden automatisch installiert. Ich habe auch schon probiert alle Apps zu entfernen und wo es ging habe ich dies auch getan. Aktiviert ist die Windowsversion ganz regulär.

Von Sysprep konnte die Windows-Installation nicht überprüft werden. Weitere Einzelheiten.....

Hatte das Problem auch schon. Jedes Mal, wenn ich zunächst alle Windows 10-Updates eingespielt habe, ging Sysprep nicht. Bei mir hat Folgendes geholfen:

Windows 10 installieren. Keine! Updates einspielen. Sysprepen. Ist natürlich "großartig", weil dann jede verteilte W10 erstmal Updates ziehen muss.

Muss nicht face-wink Die Updates spielt man unter Windows 10 mit den (ZDP) ZeroDay Packages in ein Image ein:
Add updates to customized Windows images
Diese ZDPs sind kumulativ, enthalten also alle Patches seit den letzten Release.

Das aktuell letzte CU für WIN10(Build 1511) ist momentan KB3124200

Ohne den Haken bei "Verallgemeinern" funktioniert der Sysprep allerdings.

Welche Nachteile hätte ich dadurch zu erwarten bei der Verteilung?

Kein generalize = keine neue Computer-SID = großes Problem in einer Domain mit doppelten SIDs.
Außerdem läuft das Image dann nur auf gleicher/ähnlicher Hardware.

Alle Anpassungen erledigt man nur im AuditMode, sämtliche hinzugefügte Accounts müssen vor dem Sysprep entfernt werden. Updates spielt man im Image nach der obigen Methode ein. Wenn man das beachtet geht das problemlos.

Hi,
habe es offline installliert und danach lief der Sysprep auch sauber durch.

Leider habe ich jetzt viel größere Probleme da das Bootmenü von WIndows 10 quasi gelöscht wird und sich Windows 8.1 nicht booten lässt.
