Windows Server 2003 Exchange Berechtigungsproblem?

Hallo Leute,

Seit einigen Tagen gibt es Probleme bei der Erstellung von Mailboxen und dessen Berechtigungen für neue User. Bei einem neuen User mit Exchange-Mailbox wird keine Mailbox hinzugefügt und keine Adressen (X400 im Reiter Adressen) eingetragen.

Als ich die Mailbox-Rights kontrollierte, war nur die Berechtigung "SELF" eingetragen. Daraufhin habe ich Exchange aktualisiert, wobei beim Neustart folgende Fehlermeldungen im EventViewer aufgetreten sind (von unten nach oben):
