wsus 3.0 clients machen keine updates

hallo,

wsus 3.0 clients machen keine updates (ich weis das der thread bereits besteht, leider wurde dieser bereits abgeschlossen aber die Lösung bringt bei meinem Problem keine Abhilfe)

Umgebung:
2003 standard server sp2
wsus 3.0
iis 6.0 incl. asp bits usw.
clients = xpsp2

Fehler:
Clients werden ordnungsgemäß am wsus registriert und es wird ein statusbericht erstellt.
Sobald wuauclt.exe /detectnow (oder die tools von wsus.de) gemacht wird zeigt der taskmanager starke aktivitäten, sprich die updates werden geladen.
Es werden jedoch keine updates installiert, weis jemand rat?
(Logdateien sowie das wsusclienttool zeigen keine fehler)

Was meint der WSUS, brauchen die Clients denn Updates? Wurden die Updates denn auf dem WSUS freigegeben? Siehst du als Administrator das gelbe Schild im Taskbereich?

in der Adminconsole von Wsus sieht man eindeutig das updates für die clients erforderlich sind (status=nicht installiert; Genehmigung=installieren ) aber jetzt das kuriose, im log des clients steht folgendes:

- Success Software Synchronization Windows Update Client successfully detected 0 updates.
- AU found 0 updates for install at shutdown

Das gelbe Schild im Taskbereich erscheint nicht! (im Taskmanager sind aber eindeutig aktivitäten nach wuauclt /detectnow)

(Info: Es war vorher schon ein WSUS 2.0 auf einer anderen IP installiert )

DIE LÖSUNG DES PROBLEMS:
in der WSUS Admin console werden unter Synchronisierung als Ergebnis Erfolgreich angezeigt (leider war das bei mir nicht der Fall) man sieht genau wie an der Firewall die Updates einzeln gezogen werden.

Fehlerbehebung Vorgehensweise:
1. Firewall protokollierung einschalten (blocks ausschalten)
2. updates auf WSUS genehmigen
3. Sync anstossen
4. an der Firewall protokollierung nachsehen ob auch wirklich etwas gezogen wird, man kann sich nicht auf diesen Bericht verlassen.
