WSUS Client bekommt keine Updates (Report vorhanden)

Hallo Zusammen,

ich weiß, das Thema wurde hier schon ausreichend diskutiert. Aber das hat leider alles nichts geholfen.

Hier meine Installation:
Windows Server 2012 R2 (Active Directory)
Windows Server 2012 R2 (WSUS)
Windows 8.1 (Clients)

Die WSUS Einstellungen inklusive Firewall Freigaben werden via GPO an alle Server und Clients verteilt.
WUServer=http://<IP>:8530
WUStatusServer=http://<IP>:8530

Meine Clients werden im WSUS gefunden, erstellen auch einen Report (xx Updates Needed), erhalten jedoch keine Updates. Folgendes habe ich schon durchgeführt.
Client im WSUS löschen

net stop wuauserv
ren "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution" "SoftwareDistribution_old"  
REG DELETE HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate /va /f
net start wuauserv

WUAUCLT /ResetAuthorization /DETECTNOW
WUAUCLT /DETECTNOW
WUAUCLT /REPORTNOW

Der Client wird auch direkt wieder gefunden, erhält aber keine Updates.
Bei den Windows Server 2012 R2 wurden alle Updates erfolgreich installiert.

Wenn ich die Clients außerhalb der Domäne mit einen WSUS verbinde, werden die Updates installiert.

Hat hier jemand noch eine Idee für mich?

Hi,

ja, guck auf die Rechner mal unter c:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log.
Bei Win 7 gibt es diese Datei, bei Win 10 nicht mehr, bei deinem 8.1 weiß ich es nicht.
Dann steht aber in der Datei drin, was du für die Logs zu sehen, machen musst.

Wenn dort nichts ist, dann in der Ereignisanzeige.

In dem Log hatte ich schon mal nachgeschaut aber nicht wirklich was gefunden was mir weiterhilft.

Ich denke Du solltes nach diesem Fehler suchen:

Schau dir den Report im Detail an. Welchen Status haben dir dort fehlenden Updates?

nein, die do not store Option war nicht gesetzt. Das merkwürdige war ja auch, das die Windows Server 2012 R2 Systeme Ihre Updates erhalten haben. Die Windows 8.1 Clients jedoch nicht. Die Einstellungen wurden im Nachhinein auch nicht mehr verändert.

Ich habe jetzt gezwungenermaßen den WSUS neu aufgesetzt und jetzt funktioniert alles wie gewollt.
Leider weiß ich jetzt nicht was das Problem war, aber die Clients mussten Ihre Updates erhalten. face-sad
