er sagt dann immer

Geht schon, aber dann würde ich nur den Usernamen nehmen:
xcopy "%USERPROFILE%\Documents" "F:\%USERNAME%\Documents" /s /e /i
Ist möglicherweise nicht ganz das gleiche, ich weiß nicht, ob Windows bei kreativen Usernamen eventuell das Profil anders benennt als den User, bei unseren Usern ist es jedenfalls identisch.
