Apache Webserver HTTP 500 Error

Hallo an alle hier face-smile

ich habe auf meinem Ubuntu 16.04 einen Apache Webserver laufen.
Wollte mir jetzt OSTicket installieren und bekomme die Fehlermeldung HTTP Error 500.
Ich habe meine vhost schon so konfiguriert, dass ich auf die Seite per SSL drauf komme. Vielleicht liegt auch da der Fehler? Aber ich habe den Port zu testzwecken wieder auf 80 gesetzt(also neue vhost geschrieben) und auch da habe ich den gleichen Fehler bekommen.
Habe schon in der php.ini den max_execution_time(oder so ähnlich) von 30 auf 90 erhöht.
Fehler besteht leider immernoch. Eventuell kann mir ja jemand helfen face-smile

Hallo,

sind im Apachen auch alle notweniggen Module für OTRS aktiviert?
keine Fehler im Vhost?
Ging es denn schonmal?

den Port auf 443 ändern allleine reicht für https nicht face-wink

In den Apachelogs sollte was drin stehen.

Fehlercode 500 sagt nicht gerade viel aus, da benötigen wir schon einen Ausschnitt aus dem Apache Log.

Oft ist es aber das der Besitzer der Datei nicht der www-data ist sondern root.

Die rechte habe ich auf www-data geändert, den log poste ich gleich mit dazu. Gerade unterwegs

Mit PHP7 funktioniert OS Ticket nicht.
