Wie werden CAL User-Lizenzen von Windows gezählt?
Pro angemeldetem User od. pro User im ActiveDirectory?
Bislang dachte ich immer, dass beim Windows Server die CAL's pro angemeldetem Benutzer gezählt werden.
Bsp. bei einer Standard-Installation von Windows SBS 2003 mit insgesamt 5 User-CAL:
100 User im AD eingetragen aber max. 5 können gleichzeitig auf den Server zugreifen.
Nun habe ich aber das bei Microsoft gelesen:
Q: Is each CAL tied to a specific user or device?
A: Yes. They are not "floating" licenses and so they must be assigned to specific users or devices. If a user leaves the company or a device is retired, then the CAL can be reassigned.
Brauche ich für das o.a. Beispiel also wirklich 100 User-CAL??
