ftp server nicht erreichbar...

hallo,

Habe ein kleines Problem mit meinem FTP Prog.
folgendes iwrd mir wiedergegeben:

SmartFTP v1.5.990.13
Resolving host name "www.kiischpelt.com"
Connecting to 62.112.157.41 Port: 21
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...

habe schon andere FTP Prog installiert doch da funktionierst auch nicht... am Router kann es nicht liegen da auf meinem 2. PC der im selben Netzwerk ist das FTP-Programm funktioniert...

würde sagen es ist eine windows einstellung.... doch welche?

Hier ein paar Möglichkeiten, woran es liegen kann:

Mein heißer Tipp wäre auch eine falsche Konfig. der Firewall auf dem PC. Läuft da eine? Schalt sie mal kurz ab und schau, ob es dann geht...
