Habt ihr vorschläge, wie ich auch privat auf meinem Mac mit powershell Arbeiten bzw. trainieren kann?

direkt gar nicht, dafür gibt es AppleScript.

Oder ne VM mit Virtualbox und nem Windows 7 ...

Gar nicht.
Die einzige Gemeinsamkeit ist, dass beide für Programmautomation gedacht sind.

AppleScript benutzt man auch nicht direkt, weil es eine so dermaßen hässliche Sprache ist, sondern nur über die Bridges z.B. zu Ruby.

Am Besten du misst eine Parallels oder VMWare VM.
